海洛因依赖者戒断期的脑电图异常率研究

为深入了解海洛因对中枢神经系统的损害以及戒断期的脑功能状态，探索戒断症状与脑电图异常的关系，随机选择４３例强制戒毒者，排除客观影响因素，在戒断期描记停用毒品后３天、１０天和３０天的脑电图。同时设３５名同龄正常人（描记１次脑电图）作为对照。结果显示，停用毒品后在７２小时内，异常率达７４．４％，以后随时间的转移依次递减。异常率与停药时间及用药量有一定关系（Ｐ＜０．０１），但与间断用毒品史似无对应关系，却可能与末次复用毒品持续时间有关。提示对海洛因依赖者进行戒断期的脑电图检查可以是一个有益的参考指标，海洛因造成的脑损害在一定程度上是可逆性的

EEGabnormalityrateamongheroinaddictsduringwithdrawalperiod

ItwasourintentiontostudymoreontheeffectofheroinonthecentralnervoussystemandonthefunctionalstateofthebrainduringthewithdrawalperiodandtoinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenthewithdrawalsymptomsandEEG(electroencephalogram)abnormalities.Forty-threeheroinaddictsundergoingforceddrug-withdrawalcourseswererandomlyselectedasthestudygroup.DrugsandotherfactorswhichmighthaveefectsonEECwereexcluded.UsingaJapaneseNihonKohden-7314Fmodeelectroencephalographwitharoutinerecordingmethod,theEEGsweretakenwithin72hours,10days,and30daysafterthelastusingofheroin.Thesubjectsofthecontrolgroupwhichconsistedof35normalpersonswhoseageandsexconstitutionswerecomparablewiththestudygrouptookEEGexaminationonlyonce.AlEEGswereanalyzedaccordingtoFeng'scriteria.Thedatawastestedwithx2-test.TheresultsShowedthattheEEGahnormalityratewas74.4%within72hoursduringthewithdrawalperiod.Astimewenton,thisratewasdecreasing.Ithadapositiverelationshipatwiththedosagesofheroinusedbefore.Therewasanegativerelationshipthetimewhentheuseofheroinwasstopped(P<0.01)ThecontinuanceofthelastrelapsemighthavesomeeffectsonEEG,butusingheroinpersistantlyorintermittentlymadelitlediference.ItwascondiderdthatEEGexaminationduringthewithdrawalperiodwasausefuldiagnosticmethodtoheroindependence.Thebestchancetotakeitmightpreferablybewithin3daysafterheroin-usingwasceased.Toacertaindegree.Thebraindamagecausedbyusingheroinseemedtobereversible.
