| 摘 要： | 目的介绍血管形成的过程及调节机制 ,以及血管形成抑制剂在疾病治疗中的应用。方法通过检索国外相关领域的文献 ,对血管形成的过程和调节机制 ,以及血管形成相关的疾病和血管形成抑制剂在疾病治疗中的应用进行概括介绍。结果血管形成的过程是血管形成因子和抑制因子互相调控的结果 ,异常的血管形成会引起一些病理状态 ,如 :肿瘤、炎症、糖尿病视网膜疾病等。因而血管形成抑制剂是相关疾病治疗的候选药物。结论应用血管形成理论及其在某些疾病中的应用 ,血管形成抑制剂在相关疾病的治疗中有很好的前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the process and mechanism of angiogenesis and application of angiogenesis inhibitor to diseases.Method By searching literature,the process and mechanism of angiogenesis were summarized,and diseases induced by angiogenesis and application of angiogenesis inhibitor were introduced.Results Process of angiogenesis is tightly regulated by a net balance between positive and negative angiogenic factors.Unregulated angiogenesis causes various diseases,such as cancer,diabetic retinopathy,psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis.Therefore,blocking of angiogenesis is a promising strategy to prevent these diseases.Conclusion According to the theory of angiogenesis,angiogenesis inhihitors deserve to be developed for the treatment of some angiogenesis-induced diseases. |
