| 摘 要： | 利用访谈、小组座谈和家庭入户调查资料,对成都和沈阳中英城市卫生服务与贫困医疗救助项目实施情况进行了评价。UHPP项目通过社区卫生服务机制建设、人员培训和医疗救助等活动的开展,促进了社区卫生服务建设,提高了城市贫困人群卫生服务利用,降低了贫困人群医疗经济负担,探索了以社区为基础的城市医疗救助机制,为全国发展社区卫生服务和开展医疗救助提供了经验。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the data from key informant interview,focus group discussion,and house- hold survey,the implementation of Urban Health and Poverty Project (UHPP) in Chengdu and Shen- yang is evaluated.Through the construction of community health service mechanism and development of personnel training and medical assistance,the UHPP improves the functions of community health serv- ices,increases the utilization of health service in the urban poor,and reduces the medical financial burden of the poor.The UHPP explores an urban medical assistance mechanism based on community health service system and provides a reference for developing community health service and medical assistance in the whole country. |
