医院专业技术人员的知识管理

摘    要:专业技术人才是医院人力资源的主体,是提高临床工作质量和保证医院持续发展的关键。医院专业技术人才具有较强的反思批判精神和流动意愿,从事的工作具有挑战性和创新性,工作成果和价值难以衡量,需要不断进行学习。医院应根据专业技术人才的特点,应用知识管理理论和技术制定人才使用对策,包括为专业技术人才创造宽松的工作环境,重视个体成长和职业生涯的发展,注重其隐性知识的挖掘与利用,通过建立复合激励制度和科学评价体系等使专业技术人才在医疗工作中创造更大的价值。

Abstract:Professional and technical personnel which compose the mainbody of human resources in a hospital play a key role in improving the quality of clinical work and keeping sustainable development of the hospital.They have intense consciousness of self-examination and self-criticism as well as desire of flowage,are engaged in the challenging and innovative work with immeasurable value,and need to study continuously.The hospital should apply knowledge management theory and technology to establish the use countermeasures of professional and technical personnel according to their characteristics.The coun- termeasures include creating the loose working conditions for them,attaching importance to individual growth and career development of them,paying attention to the excavation and use of their hidden knowl- edge,and establishing compoud incentive system and scientific evaluation system to make them create grater value in medical practice.
