| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心房颤动住院患者的病因和药物治疗情况。方法对2009年1月～2011年3月新疆医科大学第一附属医院住院的367例心房颤动患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果各族别的引起房颤的病因中,汉族以高血压、冠心病为主,而哈萨克族以风湿性瓣膜病、高血压为主。高血压(P=0.022)、风湿性瓣膜病(P=0.000)、心肌病(P=0.022)在汉、哈萨克族房颤发生病因中有统计学意义。心室率控制药物以β受体阻滞剂、地高辛使用最多;本组患者85.23%接受抗血栓治疗,其中抗血小板方法(78.64%)最多。结论该地区房颤患者病因分组、药物服用与全国及国外相关资料趋势接近。风心病、冠心病、高血压病是心房颤动(atrial fibrillationAF)的主要病因。
