| 摘 要： | 目的研究Klotho基因多态性外显子2区rs9536314和rs9527025和4区rs564481、启动子区域rs1207568多态性与和田维吾尔族人群长寿的关系。方法采用多重SNaPshot方法,对112例长寿老人(长寿组)和249例健康成年人(对照组)中,对rs9536314和rs9527025及rs1207568和rs564481多态进行基因分型。结果在长寿和对照组,Klotho基因rs9536314和rs9527025及rs1207568和rs564481的基因型频率、等位基因频率及单体型分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与人群寿命的关联分析显示:Klotho基因所测位点多态性与维吾尔族老人长寿不相关(P>0.05)。结论 Klotho基因rs9536314和rs9527025及rs1207568和rs564481多态可能与新疆维吾尔族人群长寿无关。 |
