| 摘 要： | 目的 观察祛湿散治疗肛瘘术后继发肛周湿疹的临床疗效.方法 按病例对照研究法将59例肛瘘术后继发肛周湿疹的患者随机分成祛湿散治疗组(30例)和哌瑞松对照组(29例),分别治疗2周,比较2组临床症状评分及疗效.结果 祛湿散治疗组与哌瑞松乳膏组比较,在瘙痒程度、皮损面积、皮损形态方面,治疗前后积分变化差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 祛湿散治疗肛瘘术后继发肛周湿疹较哌瑞松乳膏疗效显著,能有效改善瘙痒症状及皮损表现,疗效可靠.
