社区老年人应对方式及其影响因素的研究

目的探讨社区老年人面对压力所采取的应对方式及其影响因素,促使老年人采取更积极的应对方式。方法采用自制的老年人应对方式调查问卷,对乌鲁木齐市某社区192例60岁以上的社区老年人进行面对面调查,对老年人性别、文化程度、居住情况、经济来源、子女情况、参加体育活动情况进行分析。结果不同性别、不同文化程度、不同居住情况、不同体育活动时间、不同经济来源和子女数不同,老年人在积极应对方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同居住情况和不同程度参加体育活动的老年人的消极应对方式差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改善老年人的生活条件,提高文化素质,以及鼓励老年人参加体育活动,可以促使老年人采取更为积极的应对方式。

Analysis of coping styles and affected factors of community elders
