| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺硬化性血管瘤(SHL)的临床病理、组织来源及免疫组化特征。方法对5例SHL患者的临床和病理资料进行分析,用TTF-1、CK7、EMA、AEl/AE3、CK5/6、Vimentin、CD31、CD34、S-100、CgA、Syn、NSE、Calretinin、ER、PR、Ki-67共16种抗体进行免疫组化标记。结果肿瘤组织主要由乳头状区、实性区、血管瘤样区和硬化区4种组织形态以不同比例混合构成,瘤细胞主要由立方细胞和多角形/圆形细胞组成。2种细胞共同表达TTF-1和EMA,立方细胞表达AEl/AE3和CK7,多角形/圆形细胞表达Vimentin。结论 SHL的组织形态多样,SHL可能起源于多潜能的原始呼吸道上皮细胞,结合多种免疫组化的标记有助于该病的诊断。
