| 摘 要： | 目的探讨未离心全血标本的存放温度和时间对凝血试验结果的影响。方法随机选取60例住院患者,每人取3管0.109 mol/L枸橼酸钠抗凝全血,每位患者的标本分成7份,分别在室温30 min内、室温或4℃条件下放置3、6、12 h;3 000 r/min离心10 min,取血浆测定活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、D-二聚体(D-D)。结果以室温30 min内测得的结果为参考,APTT在所有标本都有延长,但只在室温和4℃条件下12 h测得的结果差异有统计学意义;在室温及4℃条件下放置3 h和6 h的标本PT和Fbg也减少,但是差异无统计学意义,仅在室温和4℃条件下放置12 h的PT和Fbg显著降低,差异有统计学意义;D-D在所有标本无明显差异。结论对于不离心保存的全血标本,在6 h内无论是在室温条件还是4℃条件下保存,以30 min内室温测得结果为参考,均可得到可接受范围内的结果。
