| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双波长分光光度法测定Cervitec涂剂中醋酸氯己定和麝香草酚的含量。结果测定醋酸氯己定和麝香草酚的双波长分别244nm、289nm和216nm、267nm,线性范围分别是1μg.mL-1~40μg.mL-1(r=0.9998)和0.5μg.mL-1~20μg.mL-1(r=0.9997)。结论本法简便,快速,准确,适用于该制剂中醋酸氯己定和麝香草酚的含量测定。
