摘    要:目的研究新催化分光光度法测定食品和水中微量亚硝酸盐的可行性,探讨一种简便、易操作的微量亚硝酸盐的测定方法。方法用NO2-催化溶解氧,氧化二价铁为三价铁,间接测定食品和水中微量亚硝酸盐的催化分光光度法。结果本法检测结果与国标法相比无显著性差异。结论本法操作简单、易行、灵敏度高、试剂便宜且易购、不使用有毒试剂,易于基层单位使用。

Abstract:Objective To study determination of microamount nitrite in foods and water with a new spectrophotometry so as to find out an easy method for microamount nitrie detection. Methods Dissolved oxygen was catalyzed with NO_2~- . Fe~(2 ) was oxidized to Fe~(3 ). The catalytic reaction could be stopped by urea and Fe~(2 ). Results There was no significant difference of the results produced by this method and the GB method. Conclusions The advantages of this method were simple operation, lees time-consuming, high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
