| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿的疗效.方法 经腹膜后腹腔镜囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿20例.结果 20例肾囊肿完全由腹腔镜完成手术,无中途改开放手术,未发生严重并发症.手术时间40～130 min,平均80 min.术中出血平均40 mL.术后住院5～7 d,术后随访无复发.结论 经腹膜后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术具有创伤小、安全、疗效确切、并发症少、恢复快、住院时间短、不易复发等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effects of retroperitoneal laparoscope on renal cyst.Methods 20 cases of renal cyst were treated with laparoscopic resection.Results The 20 cases got retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection without causing serious complications.The operation lasted 40-130 minutes,with the mean time being 80 minutes.The average bleeding amount was 40 mL.The hospitalization time was 5-7 days.No recurrences happened.ConclusionThe retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection of renal cyst can produce ... |
