三维适形放射治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察三维适形放射治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法:对200例中晚期非小细胞肺癌实施三维适形放射治疗,5~8Gy/次,隔日1次,肿瘤灶总剂量48~72Gy,随访6~42个月,平均24个月。结果:1、2、3年生存率分别为69.0%、48.0%和36.5%。治疗3个月后复查CT,肿块完全消失98例,缩小50%以上91例,不足50%11例。完全缓解98例,占49.0%;部分缓解102例,占51.0%;有效率100%。结论:三维适形放射治疗中晚期肺癌是一种有效的治疗方法,远期疗效仍待进一步随访证实。

Abstract:Objective: To assess the response of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) on non- small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: A total of 200 NS CLC patients were treated with the 3D- CRT, which was given every other day and 5 to 8Gy per fraction with the total doses from 48 to 72Gy. All cases were followed- up in 6 to 42 months, with average of 24 months. Results: Total survival rates of one, two and three year for the entire group was 69.0%, 48.0% and 36.5%, respectively. All the patients were reexamined in 3 months after treatment, mass disappeared in 98 patients,shrink over 50% in 91 patients and the other cases didn't shrink as half as before. The overall response rate (CR+PR) was 100% for the primary tumor. Conclusion: The 3D- CRT is well tolerated in most patients with lung cancer and has produced a good responses. Further follow- up will be needed for confirmation of the long- term effect.
