干细胞在治疗运动神经元病中的应用研究进展

运动神经元病病因至今不明,目前尚无有效药物。成体干细胞因为具有自我复制和多项分化潜能等特点,其移植治疗运动神经元病也成为研究热点。成体干细胞包括脐血源性神经干细胞、自体神经干细胞、自体骨髓间充质干细胞、脐带间充质干细胞。各种细胞在取材、临床应用、治疗效果方面都有优缺点。国内外对运动神经元病的治疗研究较少,细胞的选择尚需探索。

A Review on Research Progress of Application of Stem Cells to Treating Diseases in Motor Neuron Disease

The cause of Motor Neuron Disease(MND,motor neuron disease)remains unknown,and so far,there are not effective drugs.Due to its capability to differentiate into multiple cell types as well as self-renew continuously,stem cell,especially Somatic stem cell′s researching on treatment of the MND with transplanting has also become into a hot spot in medical arena.Somatic stem cells include neural stem cells,mesechymal stem cell and human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells.Various cells has its respective advantage in source,clinical application and treatment.There is less research on MND treatment,so it′s important to choose the most suitable measurements.
