| 摘 要： | 应用国产无环鸟苷(ACV)300mg加入10%葡萄糖300ml静脉点滴,每日二次,十天一疗程,间歇十天,共用三疗程,治疗HBsAg和HBeAg阳性慢性乙肝患者10例。疗程结束时,HBeAg阴转者3例,其中两例抗-HBe阳转,对照组9例,HBeAg无一例阴转,提示小剂量、短时间间歇、多疗程治疗,副作用小,亦可取得与大剂量相似疗效。

| Abstract: | Ten patients with HBsAg--and HBeAg--positive chronic hepatitis B were treated for three cours-es with China made acyclovir (ACV),which was given intravenously twice a day for ten days as onecourse, followed by a ten--day interval. Three patients experienced a sero--conversion to HBeAg-negative and two of them turned to anti--HBe--positive. None of the nine cases in the control group turned to HBeAg--negative. The results suggested that low--dose and short--term therapy with multi-course of treatment might also give similar effects as those given by high--dose therapy, and that thesaide--effects might be less than those of high--dose ones. |
