脊柱关节病10例临床分析

目的探讨脊柱关节病(SPA)的早期诊断措施及发病因素。方法对沧州市中西医结合医院于2010年5月至2011年5月收治的10例SPA患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结患者进行辅助检查及临床特征、预后和转归情况。结果 10例SPA患者首发症状为中轴关节炎者6例、外周关节炎者2例、肌腱炎者2例,类风湿因子均为阴性,人类白细胞抗原B27检测均为阳性。结论 SPA的发病隐匿,目前尚无根治的方法,该病的早期诊断和治疗对改善其预后尤为重要。

Clinical Analysis of 10 Cases of Spondyloarthropathy

Objective To discuss the early diagnostic measures and the onset factors of spondyloarthritis （SPA）. Methods The clinical data of 10 cases of patients from Chinese-Western Medicinal Hospital of Cangzhou during May 2010 and May 2011 was retrospectively analyzed, the examinations, clinical features, prognosises and outcomes were summarized. Results Among 10 cases of SPA, first symptom of 6 cases was axial arthritis, of 2 cases was peripheral arthritis, of 2 cases was muscle inflammation ; rheumatoid factor were all negative;HLA-B27 test were all positive. Conclusion The onset of SPA is occult, currently there is no cure method of the disease, therefore early diagnosis and treatment of this disease is very important to improve the prognosis.
