| 摘 要： | 肾脏是高血压病主要的靶器官,然而当肾脏受损后又加重高血压。该文就血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂对肾脏保护作用,血管紧张素、高血压及肾脏的关系;血管紧张素Ⅱ受体与高血压血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂作用机制和对肾脏的保护作用,加以综述。

| Abstract: | Kidney is a main target organ of hypertension and with degree of kidney injury the hypertension would develop.This paper had summarized about relationship of kidney,hypertension and angiotensin II receptor antagonist(ARA).The ARA mechanism and receptor with hypertension was also discussed. |
