86例大肠癌的血型抗原表达及其预后意义

目的：分析大肠癌中血型抗原的表达及其与预后的关系。方法：应用免疫组化染色检测８６例远位大肠癌中Ａ、Ｂ、Ｈ、Ｌｅａ和Ｌｅｂ５种血型抗原，并进行随访观察。结果：５种血型抗原在大肠癌中呈不同程度的表达，高、中分化腺癌中Ａ、Ｂ、Ｈ抗原丢失时，其预后较差，低分化腺癌和粘液腺癌Ａ、Ｂ、Ｈ抗原不相配合表达时，预后差。Ｌｅａ和Ｌｅｂ抗原在各型大肠癌表达差异不明显。５种血型抗原表达与大肠癌Ｄｕｃｋ＇ｓ分期关系不大。结论：Ａ、Ｂ、Ｈ抗原检测可能有助于判断大肠癌的预后。

Expression of blood group antigen in 86 cases of colorectal carcinoma and its prognostic significance

Objective: To study the expression of blood group antigen (BGA) in patients with colorectal carcinoma and its prognostic significance. Methods: The expression of five BGAs of A, B, H, Lea and Leb were assessed with immunohistochemical staining and the patients were followed up. Results: The five antigens showed different expressions in the cases of colorectal carcinoma. The prognosis was poor when A, B and H were deleted in the highly and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma and when A, B and H antigens were incompletely expressed in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucinous carcinoma. The expression of Lea and Leb showed no significant difference among the 4 types of colorectal carcinoma. The expression of five antigens were not related to the Duck's stages of the colorectal carcinoma. Conclusion: The assessment of A, B and H antigens might be helpful to assess the prognosis of the cases of colorectal carcinoma.
