冷冻手术及中药三联疗法治疗合并包皮过长的尖锐湿疣疗效观察

目的观察冷冻、手术及中药三联疗法治疗合并包皮过长的尖锐湿疣的疗效,以供临床参考。方法以2000年1月～2012年3月在我院接受治疗的合并包皮过长的尖锐湿疣患者205例为研究对象,进行随机分组。对照组进行液氮冷冻、包皮环切手术治疗二联疗法,观察组同时辅以中药治疣汤外用三联疗法。随访6个月,观察两组患者近、远期疗效的差异。结果两组总有效率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组随访期间复发率较低,与对照组相比较有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采用冷冻、手术及中药三联疗法治疗合并包皮过长的尖锐湿疣,近、远期疗效均较满意,值得在今后的临床工作中予以推广。

Clinical Observation on Triple Therapy of Freezing,Surgery and Medicine Treating Genital Warts Merged Prepuce

Objective To observe the effect of triple therapy of freezing,surgery and medicine in the treatment of genital warts merged prepuce for clinical reference.Methods 205 cases of patients with genital warts mergered prepuce in our hospital from January 2000 to March 2012were studied and divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with frozen in liquid nitrogen and circumcision surgery.The observation group was supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine cure warts soup topical.They were followed-up of 6 months to observe the difference of long-term and short-term.Results Efficiency comparison,no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of observation group is low during follow-up,there is a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of triple therapy of freezing,surgery and medicine in the treatment of genital warts merged prepuce was satisfied in short and long term.It is worthy to be promoted in future clinical work.
