| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定复方葛酮颗粒中葛根素含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法以Waters C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）为色谱柱，流速1．0mL／min，检测波长250nm，甲醇-水-醋酸（25：75：1）为流动相。结果葛根素进样量的线性范围为0．048～1．92μg（r=0．9999，n=6）。平均回收率为99．12％，RSD为1．62％（n=6）。结论HPLC法简便、准确，重现性好，可用于复方葛酮颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of puerarin in Compound Getong Granules by HPLC. Methods The HPLC method was used with the Waters C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was methanol-water- glacial acetic acid （25：75：1）. The detection wavelength was at 250 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Puerarin had the good linear relationship in the concentrations between 0. 048 - 1.92μg（r=0. 999 9, n =6） with the average recovery rate of 99. 12% （RSD = 1.62% ）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable and high sensitive, which can be regarded as the quality control method of Compound Getong Granules. |
