北京市男男性接触者HIV感染相关危险的定性研究

目的了解北京市男男性接触者HIV感染危险相关的卫生保健的可及性、艾滋病的态度和歧视,以及社区观念、政策和法律问题。方法于2006年9月～2006年11月,共招募36名男男性接触者分为6个访谈小组,利用事先设计好的访谈提纲进行小组访谈。结果多数男男性接触者表示自己的卫生保健需求得到了满足,且认为社区中普遍存在对HIV感染者的歧视和回避。大多数男男性接触者不愿意暴露自己的身份,认为北京的环境适合自己工作和学习的发展,只有少数男男性接触者听说过在社区中有艾滋病防治项目。结论有必要在社区中开展艾滋病宣传来减少歧视和提高艾滋病防治项目的覆盖面。

Qualitative Research on HIV Risk among MSM in Beijing

Objective To study health care access, attitude and discrimination related to HIV/AIDS, community perceptions, policy and legal issues contributed to HIV infection among MSM(men who have sex with men) in Beijing. Methods From September to November, 2006, 36 MSM were recruited and divided into 6 focus groups, and then focus group interviews were conducted with designed syllabus. Results Most MSM showed that their health care needs were met, and believed that discrimination and avoidance to people living with HIV/AIDS existed in the community. Most of MSM were not willing to be open about their lifestyle and believed the environment of Beijing was suitable for their working and studying, a few of MSM had heard of AIDS prevention and treatment programs in Beijing. Conclusion The dissemination on AIDS should be launched in the community to reduce discrimination and increase the coverage of HIV prevention and treatment programs.
