| 摘 要： | 本文观察了３２例非何杰金淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）患者红细胞铜锌超氧化物歧化酶（ＲＢＣ·Ｃｕ·Ｚｎ·ＳＯＤ），血清脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）和维生素Ｅ（ＶＥ）值的变化，结果表明ＮＨＬ患者ＲＢＣ·Ｃｕ·Ｚｎ·ＳＯＤ活力和ＶＥ水平明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５及Ｐ＜０．０１），ＬＰＯ值明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。对其中１３例患者进行动态观察，除合并白血病的２树治疗无效外，其余１１例治疗后均获缓解，其ＲＢＣ·Ｃｕ·Ｚｎ·ＳＯＤ活力、血清ＬＰＯ、ＶＥ浓度均在半年内基本恢复正常。反映了ＮＨＬ患者体内过氧反应增强及对组织的损伤，氧自由基（ＯＦＲ）产生和清除平衡的破坏，而治疗后对ＯＦＲ所致的机体损伤可望得到部分恢复。

| Abstract: | This article deals with determining the activity of the red cell superoxide dismutase (RBCCu. Zn-SOD),serum lipid peroxides(LPO) and vitamin E(VE)in 32 cases of non-Hodgkin'slymphoma (NHL).The results indicated that RBC.Cu.Zn-SOD and VE levels were markedlydecreased (P<0.05and P<0.01respectively),whereas LPO concentration was notably increased(P<0.01). Trend observations have been made on 13 cases.Except2cases with the complicationof leukemia showing no effect, the remaining 11cases had recession after treatment and their levels of RBC-CuZn-SOD,LPO and VE weht up to basically normal.These changes suggested thatthete were enhancement of lipid peroxidation reaction,injury of histocyte and disturbance of equilibrium between production and elimination of oxygen free radical in patients with NHL.It revealed that organic damage induced by oxygen free radical is partially recevered from treatment. |
