非何杰金淋巴瘤患者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶、血清脂质过氧化物、维生素E的变化及其临床意义的探讨

摘    要:本文观察了32例非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者红细胞铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(RBC·Cu·Zn·SOD),血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)和维生素E(VE)值的变化,结果表明NHL患者RBC·Cu·Zn·SOD活力和VE水平明显降低(P<0.05及P<0.01),LPO值明显增高(P<0.01)。对其中13例患者进行动态观察,除合并白血病的2树治疗无效外,其余11例治疗后均获缓解,其RBC·Cu·Zn·SOD活力、血清LPO、VE浓度均在半年内基本恢复正常。反映了NHL患者体内过氧反应增强及对组织的损伤,氧自由基(OFR)产生和清除平衡的破坏,而治疗后对OFR所致的机体损伤可望得到部分恢复。

Abstract:This article deals with determining the activity of the red cell superoxide dismutase (RBCCu. Zn-SOD),serum lipid peroxides(LPO) and vitamin E(VE)in 32 cases of non-Hodgkin'slymphoma (NHL).The results indicated that RBC.Cu.Zn-SOD and VE levels were markedlydecreased (P<0.05and P<0.01respectively),whereas LPO concentration was notably increased(P<0.01). Trend observations have been made on 13 cases.Except2cases with the complicationof leukemia showing no effect, the remaining 11cases had recession after treatment and their levels of RBC-CuZn-SOD,LPO and VE weht up to basically normal.These changes suggested thatthete were enhancement of lipid peroxidation reaction,injury of histocyte and disturbance of equilibrium between production and elimination of oxygen free radical in patients with NHL.It revealed that organic damage induced by oxygen free radical is partially recevered from treatment.
