基层护理人员营养知识调查及对策

摘    要:目的 了解我院护理人员营养知识的掌握及运用情况。方法 通过我院83名护理人员营养知识的问卷调查分析。结果 护理人员对学习营养知识具有迫切性和必要性,基础营养知识和临床营养知识掌握比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),对临床营养知识掌握好于基础营养知识;主管护师与护师营养认识比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),护龄在15年以下的护理人员掌握较好。结论 应加强护理人员对营养知识的培养,重视专业人员营养师的使用,提高应用护理程序的能力,开展多种形式、多种渠道的营养咨询工作。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the knowing and grasping of nurses about nourishment. Methods The questionnaire about nourishment were done on 83 cases of nurses in our hospital. Results The nurses need to study nourishment knowledge. Grasping clinical nutrition knowledge was better than basic nutrition knowledge ( P <0.01). That of the responsible nurses were better than that of general nurses, that of the nurses under 15 years old was better too. Conclusions Enhancing nurses' nutrition knowledge training, taking specialized person seriously, raising nursing program application, then we can make various forms and many kinds of approach to do nutrition consult.
