腮腺良性肿瘤区域性切除术及手术径路改良

目的腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤行腮腺区域性切除术及改良的手术径路应用,保留了部分腺体功能,不破坏面部外形。方法腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤26例,瘤体直径<2.0cm,选用改良的“S”形切口18例,改良手术径路美容切口8例,在距离瘤周1.0cm处的正常腺体内切除。结果26例患者术后创口均Ⅰ期愈合,改良切口术区瘢痕不明显,患侧局部未见明显的凹陷畸形,暂时性面瘫4例,均在术后3~6个月恢复正常,术后未出现味觉出汗综合征,经1~6年随访,未见腮腺区肿瘤复发。结论腮腺区域性切除术及改良手术径路,是一种手术创伤小,并发症少,切口隐蔽,效果良好的术式。

Local Resection of Parotic Gland Benign Tumor and Improvement of Operative Approach

Objective To discuss the improved approach to perform the local resection of parotid gland benign tumor without destroy outlook of face.Methods 26 cases of such patient who less than 2 cm were performed with resection 1 cm against tumor with “S” incision 18 cases and improved incision 8 cases.Results 26 cases were healed in first stage. The improved incision had no scar. The temporary face paralysis had recovered after 3～6 months. There was no relapsed after 1～6 year follow-up.Conclusion This method might have less injury, less complication, beautiful incision and good effect.
