心理护理对乳腺癌术后患者康复的社区试验报告

目的探讨社区乳腺癌康复期患者心理护理干预的效果。方法采用现场试验方法对社区乳腺癌康复期患者进行现场干预试验。干预组患者定期进行心理护理和健康教育，对照组患者不作任何处理。分别于干预前及干预后18个月采用自编问卷以及焦虑和忧郁自测量表进行评定。结果干预组患者干预前、后焦虑量表（P〈0．01）和抑郁量表（P〈0．05）的评分差异均有统计学意义，而对照组抑郁量表干预前后的评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；干预组患者在于预18个月后的忧郁和焦虑量表评分与对照组干预后的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对乳腺癌术后康复期患者进行社区心理护理干预是一种患者易于接受、符合社区特点的护理干预措施，有利于患者的身心康复，应予以坚持和推广。

Community trial report of postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients＇ intervened with mental nursing

Objective To explore intervention methods of mental nursing for breast cancer reconvalescent in community and its effect. Method Field intervention test was carried out to breast cancer reconvalescent in community. Patients in intervention group accepted regular mental nursing and health education and patients in control group had no intervention. Intervention effect was evaluated by self--made questionnaire, self--rating anxiety scales and self--rating melancholy scales before and 18 months after intervention test. Results Score difference of anxiety scales （P〈0.01）and melancholy scales （P〈0.05）of intervention group between before and after intervention test had statistical significance. Score difference of melancholy scales of control group between before and after intervention had statistical significance（P〈0.05） ;Score difference of anxiety scales and melancholy scales 18 months after intervention test between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Community mental nursing for breast cancer reconvalescent after operation is a nursing intervention study easily accepted and consistent with community features. It is useful to patients＇ physical and psychological rehabilitation and should be insisted on and spread.
