术前心理干预对先天性心脏病患儿心理行为的影响

目的：探讨心理干预对先天性心脏病患儿下良心理行为的影响。方法：选择需住院接受手术治疗的先天性心脏病患儿84例，随机分为两组，即干预组（n=42）和对照组（n=42），术前准备及常规护理两组相同，干预组在术前3d给予心理干预。观察两组患儿的焦虑情况、依从性、心率和血压及平均住院天数。结果：干预组与对照组比较：焦虑情况明显好转、依从性较好、心率和血压基本恢复正常、平均住院天数减少。结论：由于多方面因素的影响，先天性心脏病息儿术前普遍存有不同程度的心理障碍，及时实施有针对性的心理干预，可改善患儿的不良心理行为，使其以最佳心态接受手术治疗，促进疾病康复。

Influence of psychological intervention on psychological behavior of patients with congenitol heart disease

Objective:Probe into the effect of psychological intervention on ill psychological behavior of patients with Congenital heart disease.Methods:Selected 84 patients who were accepted operation treatment,and 84 case were randomly divided into intervention group(n=42)and control group(n=42),two groups using the same conventional nursing before operation, 3 days before operation, in intervention group were given psychological intervention.To observe anxiety situation,compliableness,heart rate,blood pressure and the day of inhospital in two groups.Results:The result shows that the anxiety situation,heart rate and blood pressure were recovered normal basically in intervention group,it was better than in control group.Conclusion:As a result of various factor influence,there is different degrees psychological barrier in congenital heart disease before operation,in order to auept operation with the best metation,we must to give psychological intervention,may improve the ill psychological behavior and promoting rehabilitation.
