| 摘 要： | 针对当前医学研究生党建工作普遍存在的一些问题，结合我校研究生党建工作进行了研究和探讨，从以下几个方面提出了一些对策和建议：理顺体制，改善党建管理；坚持把研究生党建贯穿于研究生德育工作的全过程；加强研究生党支部建设，发挥核心作用。

| Abstract: | Considering the current wide-spreading problems in the party's construction work among the postgraduates of medical science,and combining the practical problems existing in the party's construction work of fujian medical university,the writers put forward some solutions to be referenced: rationalize the system,improving the management of party's construction;adhere to put the party's construction work through the whole course of postgraduate moral education;strengthen party branch's Construction,make it play a core function. |
