高校教师亚健康状况的调查与研究

目的通过了解高校教师亚健康现状,探讨其主要形成因素,为改善高校教师亚健康状况提供依据。方法对4109名教师采用自编的《生活方式量表》、心理健康《症状自评量表》(SCL-90)、《一般压力量表》(NPI)进行测试。并将在职和退休教师的测评结果进行对比研究。结果在生活方式量表中:在职教师对生活方式的关注程度明显弱于退休教师,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01);在NPI量表的调查中,在职教师的压力感受明显强于退休教师,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01);在SCL-90量表的测试中:在职教师的心理健康状况明显弱于退休教师,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论在职教师在心理、压力、生活方式等影响下,亚健康的比例较退休教师高,亚健康状况可通过自我调节而改善。

Correlation Research of Subhealthy State on the Teachers in Institution of Higher Learning

Objective To investigate the subhealthy state of the teachers in institution of higher learning. Method 4 109 teachers are investigated on scale of lifestyle, SCL-90 and NPI. To compare with questionnaires on hired faculties and retired teachers. Results The scale of lifestyle of the hired faculties shows that it is better than retired teachers with a significently difference(p<0.01). The scale of pressure shows the pressure of hired faculties is more powerful than retired teachers with a significently difference(p<0.01). The results of the SCL-90 shows the score of hired faculties is higher than retired teachers on psychology(p<0.01) with an also significently difference. Conclusion The subhealthy state of hired faculties is higher than retired teachers. It were relationship on physiology,phychology, social adaptive capability.
