静脉选择对约束下精神分裂症患者维持输液的影响

目的探讨精神分裂症病人约束下输液时,静脉选择对维持输液的影响,以提高输液维持率,减少重复穿刺。方法将病情严重程度差异无显著性、接受约束输液的偏执型精神分裂症87例随机分为2组:选择手背尺侧静脉49例(A组)及手背桡静脉38例(B组)进行静脉穿刺。结果A组接受162次输液,维持顺利111次;B组接受92次输液,维持顺利24次。经统计学分析,两组间差异存在显著性。结论约束下精神病人输液,选择手背尺侧静脉较手背桡侧静脉易于维持输液。

Influence of Venous Choice on Restricted Maintaining Transfusion for the Schizophrenia Patients

[Objective] To explore the influence of venous choice on restricted maintaining transfusion for the schizophrenia patients.[Methods] 87 schizophrenia patients who received restricted maintaining transfusion were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups.49 cases(group A) received lunar vein puncture on the back of hands and 38 cases(group B) received radial vein puncture on the back of hands.[Results] 111 times were successful among the 162 times in group A;24 times were successful among the 92 times in the group B;the difference was significant.[Conclusion] Lunar vein puncture on the back of hands is more feasible than radial vein puncture in the restricted maintaining transfusion for the schizophrenia patients.
