| 摘 要： | 本文观察一组再生障碍性贫血患者的甲状腺功能状态,有明显的低T_3,正常或高rT_3、T_4、TSH在正常范围。临床上无甲状腺功能减退表现,显著低T_3者,病情重,预后不良。最近研究证明,这种低T_3综合征不是机体的适应保护性机制,而是危重疾病的损伤性后果。治疗应以原发病为主。

| Abstract: | A group of patients with Apl- astic Anemia are observed,whose function of thyroid is clearly low- T_3,normal or high-rT_3,T_4,TsH in the normal range,and there is no hypothyroidism clinically.The pa- tient who is apparenthy low-T_3 sh- ows unfavourable pragnosis as well as serious illness.The recent rep- ort is that the low-T_3 syndrome is suitable mechanism of protection for the body,but a damaged result of severe disease,treatment should focus on the originative disease, |
