苦参碱与8种抗肿瘤药联合对KBV200耐药细胞株细胞周期的影响

摘    要:目的探讨8种常用抗肿瘤药物长春新碱、阿霉素、平阳霉素、顺铂、5一氟尿嘧啶、环磷酰胺、阿糖胞酐,三尖杉酯与苦参碱联合对KBV200耐药细胞株细胞周期的影响。方法以喉癌KBV200耐药细胞株为研究对象,通过流式细胞仪(FCM)检测8种抗肿瘤药物分别联合苦参碱对KBV200细胞株细胞周期的影响。结果苦参碱加顺铂组使KBV200耐药细胞株G0~G1期细胞下降,G2~M期细胞升高;苦参碱加阿糖胞酐组使KBV200耐药细胞株G0~G1期细胞升高,G2~M期细胞下降;苦参碱加5-Fu组对KBV200耐药细胞株的凋亡作用加强;苦参碱与长春新碱、阿霉素、三尖杉酯、环磷酰胺、平阳霉素联合个组中,对KBV200耐药细胞株细胞周期及凋亡均无明显变化。结论苦参碱分别与顺铂和阿糖胞酐联合作用后,均可影响KBV200耐药细胞株的细胞周期。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of matrine and 8 chemotherapeutic agents vincristine(VCR),adriamycin(ADM),pingyangmycin(PYM),cyclophospharmide(CTX),5-Fluorouracil(5-Fu),cisplatin(DDP),cytosine arabinoside(Ara-c),harringtonine(HRT) on the cell cycle of KBV200 cell line.Methods Flow cytometer(FCM) assay was used to investigate the cell cycle and the effect of KBV200 cell line on it.Results Matrine acting with cisplatin,arabinose had effects on the cell cycle of KBV200 cell line and had no effects on the cell cycle act with vincristine,adriamycin,bleomycin,cyclophospharmide,5-Fu.Conclusion Matrine actign with cisplatin,arabinose have effects on the cell cycle of KBV200 cell line.
