摘    要:目的探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其与生物学行为的关系。方法58例临床资料完整的肺癌手术切除标本,采用免疫组化方法检测其中COX-2、VEGF及微血管密度(MVD)的表达情况。结果58例Nsclc的COX-2阳性表达率75.9%(44/58),VEGF的阳性表达率82.7%(48/58),临床分期高的COX-2,VEGF表达及MVD计数要高于临床分期低的肺癌,有淋巴结转移的COX-2,VEGF的表达及MVD计数要高于无淋巴结转移的肺癌组织,差别均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),并且COX-2的表达与VEGF、CD34的表达成正相关。结论COX-2、VEGF在人肺癌组织中均有高表达,COX-2、VEGF和MVD三者在肿瘤血管生成及肿瘤浸润转移中可能起协同作用,可作为评价NSCLC预后的共同指标。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and microvessl density(MVD) in human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and investigate its correlation with histopathological features.Methods The expression of COX-2,VEGF and MVD in cancer tissues in 58 NSCLC patients with complete clinical data was(evaluated) by immunohistochemitry methods.Results The positive rates of COX-2 and VEGF in NSCLC were 75.9% and 82.7%.The expression of COX-2,VEGF,MVD have significant correlation with some pathological characteristics such as TNM classification and lymph nodes metastasis.COX-2 expession are positive correlated with VEGF and CD34 expression.Conclusion COX-2,VEGF and MVD are synergetic in tumor angiogenesis,invision and metastases in NSCLC.They may be used as a hopeful marker for predicting the metastasis potential of NSCLC.
