醒脑静合涤痰汤治疗中风伴意识障碍临床疗效观察

[目的]观察醒脑静注射液合涤痰汤对中风伴意识障碍患者的疗效。[方法]将64例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,同时治疗组配合醒脑静注射液静点、涤痰汤口服或鼻饲。[结果]治疗后按意识障碍的改善程度及格拉斯哥昏迷量表评分予以疗效评定,治疗组显效率为54.6%,总有效率为78.8%,对照组显效率为48.3%,总有效率为74.1%,两组对照P<0.05。[结论]醒脑静注射液合涤痰汤对中风伴意识障碍具有较好的疗效。

Xingnaojing and Ditan Tang Treatment of Stroke with Clinical Observation of Consciousness

[ Objective] Xingnaojing injection andDitan Tang consciousness of stroke in patients with treat- ment. [ Method] 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group patients were given conventional treatment, while the treatment group with intravenous injection Xingnaojing, Ditan Tang oral or nasal feeding. [ Results ] After treatment, according to the degree of improvement in patients with disturbance of consciousness and Glasgow Coma Scale score to be effective assessment, treatment group was 54.6% , total ef- fective rate was 78.8% , markedly effective rate was 48.3% in the control group, the total effective rate was 74.1% , two control P 〈0.05. [ Conclusion] Xingnaojing Injection Ditan Decoction of stroke in patients with disturbance of consciousness with good effect.
