| 摘 要： | 综合近10年中医辨治痰瘀互结型冠心病的研究报道,阐明了痰、瘀互相影响、胶结为病的病机以及临床上痰瘀同治法治疗冠心病的理论依据。明确痰瘀同治的基本法则,并强调需根据标本逆顺和痰瘀的偏重,相应调整治则治法,标本兼顾,随证应变,这样才能达到满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Concluded the latest ten-year reports on research of TCM treating coronary heart disease of phlegm and stasis combined syndrome,this article elucidates the interaction of phlegm and stasis,the pathology of Jiaojie and the theoretic basis of treating coronary heart disease from phlegm and stasis in clinic.The basic treatment principle was certain that was co-treatment of phlegm and stasis.And it was paid attentions that treatment methods should be relatively adjusted along with Biao-Ben-Shun-Ni and stress of phlegm or stasis.Thus the satisfied curative effect could be achieved. |
