葡萄酸钙联合地塞米松预防剖宫产出血的观察

目的：探讨葡萄糖酸钙联合地塞米松预防剖宫产出血的可行性.方法：将未临产而行剖宫产的孕妇200例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例.观察组剖宫产术前联合应用葡萄糖酸钙和地塞米松,对照组术前不予葡萄糖酸钙及地塞米松;2组孕妇均于胎儿娩出后宫体注射缩宫素20 U.比较2组术中出血量及术后24 h内出血量.结果：观察组术中出血量及术后24 h内出血量均少于对照组.结论：剖宫产术前使用葡萄糖酸钙及地塞米松可以更好地预防产后出血,且费用低廉、应用方便,值得临床推广.

Clinical Effect of Calcium Gluconate Combined with Dexamethasone on Preventing Postpartum Haemorrhage

Objective:To explore the methods of preventing the postpartum haemrrhage.Methods:200 pregnant patients who had caesarean section and not in labor were randomly divided into two groups.100 cases in each group.The observation group took alcium gluconate and dexamethasone before the operation.The control group did not.The two groups were injected 20 U oxytocin into the uterine body after the delivery.Observed the amount of blood loss in 24h and intraoperative hemorrhage volume.Results:The amount of blood loss in 24h and intraoperative hemorrhage volume wore less in observation group than in control group.Conclusion:Using calcium gluconate combined with dexamethasone to prevent postpartum haemorrhage are safe,convenient method,and that is worthy of clinical promotion.
