美托洛尔对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清IL-6和C反应蛋白水平的影响

目的探讨美托洛尔对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清IL-6和C反应蛋白（CRP）活性的影响。方法不稳定型心绞痛患者62例，分为美托洛尔治疗组（A组）31例，不使用美托洛尔组（B组）31例，健康对照组30例。检测各组入院即刻、24h、出院前血清CRP、IL-6的水平。结果（1）A组和B组血清CRP、IL-6水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．001）。（2）血清CRP水平B组明显高于A组；血清IL-6水平入院时即刻、24hB组较A组明显升高．出院时IL-6水平在这两组相似。结论炎症反应在心绞痛发生、发展中起重要作用，β-受体阻滞剂具有降低不稳定型心绞痛患者IL-6、CRP的水平的作用。

Changes of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in patients with unstable angina pectoris and effect of metoprolol on expression

Objective To explore the changes of IL-6 and C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with unstable angina pectoris and effect of metoprolol on expression.Methods IL-6 and CRP levels in sera of 62 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UAP),31 cases of using metoprolol,31 cases of not using metoprolol,and 30 healthy normal controls were measured immediately after being admitted,24 hours,and before discharge.Results(1)IL-6 and CRP levels of A and B group were significantly higher than those of controls(P<0.001).(2)CRP level of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,IL-6 level of group B was significantly higher than that of group A at admition,24 hours,but there was no significant difference before discharge.Conclusion The importance of inflammation in the pathophysiology of unstable angina,and metoprolol may play a role in decreasing the levels of IL-6 and CRP in patients with unstable angina.
