| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨实施术前护理干预对全髋关节置换术患者术后康复的效果。方法：采用前瞻性研究,通过全髋关节置换术健康教育小册子对全髋关节置换术的80例患者进行术前护理干预,入院时、出院时及出院后3个月对患者进行Harris评分,出院时及出院后3个月用自行设计的问卷调查表对患者进行满意度调查。结果：患者出院后3个月较出院时满意度明显增高;出院时及出院后3个月随防Harris评分较入院时明显增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：全髋关节置换术健康教育小册子为患者提供了所需要的信息,通过实施护理干预,可消除或缓解患者的疼痛,恢复患者的生理功能,有效促进了患者的术后康复,改善了患者的生活质量,提高了患者的满意度。
