| 摘 要： | 研究生人才需求预测是研究生教育规划的重要依据。文章从人力需求论、社会需求论及经济和社会发展水平的综合影响等3个方面探讨了研究生人才需求预测方法和相应的研究生教育规模，并认为经常、连续、及时的预测工作是很有必要的。
