口服苯妥因锌在兔体内的药代动力学研究

摘    要:兔口服苯妥因锌或苯妥因钠后,用紫外分光光度法测定了血清中苯妥因的浓度用原子吸收分光光度法测定了血清中锌或铜的含量。结果表明,苯妥因的两种无机盐制剂,AUC,Cmax,Tmax 等主要药代动力学参数差异无显著性。苯妥因锌组血清中锌浓度变化不大,苯妥因钠组血清中锌浓度随血清中苯妥因浓度而变化。两药均使血清中铜含量未改变。

Abstract:The serum concentraton of Phenytoin was determined with ultraviolet Spectrophotometry and the content of Zn and Cu in the serum was determined with atomic absoption spectrophotometry respe- ctively after phenytoin zinc and phenytoin sodium were given orally to the rabbits.Theresult revealed no marked differences in principal pharm- acokinetics parameters (AUC,C max,T max )of both inorganic salts,Zine concentration of the phenytoin zinc group(serum)had no remarkable, changes while the zinc concentration of the phenytoin sodium group(serum) changed along with the change of the concentration of phenytoin.The Ca content remained unchanged with both drugs.
