切开肾门后唇的肾盂切开取石术治疗巨大鹿角形肾结石

目的 探讨巨大鹿角形肾结石的手术方法及其疗效。方法 对41例巨大鹿角形肾结石患者行切开肾后唇的肾孟切开取石术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 41例均顺利取石，术中未损伤后段血管，肾功能恢复好；残留小结石4例，尿漏2例。结论 本术式不阻断肾蒂，操作简单，显露充分，出血少，结石取净率高，对肾功能影响小，是治疗巨大鹿角形肾结石较理想的手术方法。

Incision of renal posterior lip pyelolithotomy for the removal of renal giant staghorn calculi

Objective To explore the surgical effect of the removal of renal giant staghorn calculi. Methods Clinical data of 41 cases with renal giant staghorn calculi treated with incision of the renal posterior lip pyelolithotomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results The calculi was removed uneventfully in 41 cases,and the posterior segmental blood vessel was protected from injuring and renal function recovered well.Small residual stones were observed in 4 cases and urine leakage occurred in 2 cases.Conclusion The procedures need no interruption of renal pedical and have the advantage of simple manipulation,less bleeding,excellent exposure,complete removal of calculus and preservation of renal function.
