射频自凝刀治疗宫颈糜烂300例观察及护理

目的:探讨射频自凝刀治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效及护理方法.方法:将560例不同程度的宫颈糜烂患者随机分为射频组300例和对照组260例,射频组采用BBT妇科多功能射频治疗仪(自凝刀)治疗,对照组采用HF-120妇科高频电波刀(LEEP刀)治疗.所有病例均给予术前充分准备、心理护理,术中配合,术后康复指导及并发症观察处理.结果:轻、中、重度宫颈糜烂的治愈率,射频组分别是100.00%、95.38%、92.38%,对照组分别是98.33%、90.48%、87.37%.两组并发症发生率比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01).结论:射频自凝刀治疗宫颈糜烂具有一次性治愈率高、并发症少、安全、操作简单等优点,值得临床推广应用.
