| Abstract: | Three cases of Churg-Strauss syndrome with myocardial involvementare reported. Cardiac disease is known to be the major causeof death in Churg-Strauss syndrome. Aggressive therapy (steroidsand cyclophosphamide) may cure the myocardial dysfunction associatedwith the disease. |
