| 摘 要： | 本文选择20例支气管哮喘现症患者,用双盲交叉试验比较舒喘平胶囊和沙丁胺醇(舒喘宁)的临床平喘效果,经用药前后的FEV_1等10项肺通气功能指标、临床症状指数和其他平喘药物使用情况变化的对比。其结果显示舒喘平胶囊的平喘效果明显优于沙丁胺醇,且平喘作用维持时间达8h左右。作者对舒喘平胶囊的组成复方进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Shun-chun-ping capsule composed of dyphylline, clenbuterol,anisoda-mine, decloxizine, bisolvon etc. and used for the treatment of bronchial asthma 20 cases, gave a promising result with sulbutamol, a sole agent, served as reference and tested according to double blind, cross-over method. With 10 items of pulmonary functions including FEV1, clinical symptoms and signs as judgments the therapeutic value of this capsule is definitely superior than salbutamol given alone. In addition, the duration of action of this capsule could be last more than 8 hrs. |
