脑颜面血管瘤病CT和MRI诊断

目的 探讨脑颜面血管瘤病的CT和MRI表现，并评价其临床应用价值。方法 分析脑颜面血管瘤病8例，均有颜面部三叉神经分布区皮肤血管痣及同侧颅内相关的病理改变。结果 CT显示患侧皮层钙化8例，脑萎缩6例，颅骨板增厚3例，侧脑室脉络丛增大1例。MRI扫描显示沿皮层弧条状低信号3例，静脉血栓形成1例。结论 CT对脑颜面血管瘤病的诊断有重要价值，MRI可以帮助诊断。

Diagnosis of encephalo - facial angiomatosis with CT and MRI

Objective To investigate the CT and MRI manifestations of encephalo -facial angiom atosis and to evaluate their clinical val-ue.Methods Eight patients with encephalo -faci al angiomatosis underwent CT examin ations,of them,3cases underwent additional MRI exami-nations.Facial dermovascular nevu s involving the region of trigeminal nerve and intracranial abnormaliti es ipsilateral to facial lesions were found in all patients.Results On the affected hemisphere,there we re cortical calcifications in 8case s,cerebral atrophy in 6cases,skull plate thickening in 3cases,and choroids p lexus enlargement of the lateral ven tricles in one case.On MRI ,there were cortical hypointensity i n 3cases,venous thrombosis in one case.Conclusion CT examination plays important role in the diagnosis of encephalofacial angiomatosis.MRI can help to diagnose this disease.[
