| 摘 要： | 目的建立紫外分光光度法测定异烟肼片含量的方法.方法以水为溶剂,检测波长为263 nm,紫外分光光度法测定.结果平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为1.67%.结论该法操作简便,结果准确.

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a methods for the determination of isoniazid tablets by UV.Method The solvent was water ; determined-wave was 263 nm; determined-way was UV. Result The average recovery was 99.20% and RSD was 1.67%.Conclusion The method could be used to determine the isoniazid accurately. |
