乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症临床观察

目的观察应用乌拉地尔注射液治疗高血压急症的临床疗效。方法30例高血压急症患者用乌拉地尔注射液25 mg加入5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠20 ml中静脉注射,然后乌拉地尔注射液50 mg加入5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠250 ml中静脉滴注,观察用药前及用药后5、10、15、20、30、60、90、120 min血压和心率。结果收缩压及舒张压在用药后5min即开始下降,30 min后达到高峰后并保持稳定。结论乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症起效快、降压效果显著、平稳、安全不良反应少,可作为治疗高血压急症的理想药物。

Clinical Observation of Urapidil for Hypertensive Emergency

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of Urapidil for the hypertensive emergency.Methods 30cases with hypertensive emergency were administrated with Urapidil by intravenous injection and intravenous drop infusion.The changes of blood pressure and heart rate were recorded at5min,10min,20min,30min,60min and120min before and after the injection.Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure dropped at5min and reached the maximal extent at30min after injection,and remained at the stable level during the following time.There was no marked change in heat rate.Conclusions Urapidil can decrease blood pressure quickly and significantly without any obvious side effect and influence to the heart rate in the treatment of hypertensive emergency.It can be considered as the first choice in treating patients with hypertensive emergency.
