经单鼻孔中隔蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤(附15例报告)

目的探讨经鼻中隔蝶窦显微手术切除垂体瘤的效果。方法回顾分析了我院2004-11～2005-04采用经单鼻孔鼻中隔蝶窦显微手术治疗15例垂体瘤的临床资料。结果每例手术时间平均约120min,肿瘤全切13例;随访术后15d至3月的所有患者,激素分泌过高、视野障碍、闭经等症状均有不同程度的改善,无1例尿崩、颅内感染或出血、病死等并发症的发生。结论经单鼻孔鼻中隔蝶窦入路显微手术是创伤小、安全、有效的垂体瘤切除方法。

Transnasal perpendicular plate-sphenoid sinus approach microsurgery for pituitary adenomas: An analysis of 15 cases

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of transnasal perpendicular plate-sphenoid sinus approach microsurgery in management of pituitary adenomas.Methods Clinical data of 15 cases of pituitary adenomas treated by this approach microsurgery in this hospital from December 2004 to April 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Average operating time was 120 min, the total resection rate was 86.7%(13/15). Follow-up in all the cases for 15d to 3months showed that improvement was achieved in patient's hormone secretion, visual field and menstruation at different extent.No any operation complication such as diabetes insipidus, intracranial hemorrhage, infection or death happenedz were noticed.Conclusion Transnasal perpendicular plate-sphenoid sinus approach microsurgery is minimally invasive, safe and effective method in the treatment of pituitary adenomas.
