米索前列醇配伍利多卡因用于人工流产60例

目的观察米索前列醇配伍利多卡因在人工流产中的疗效。方法将妊娠8～10周需终止妊娠的120例早孕妇女随机分为两组。试验组60例于术前2．5h在阴道后穹隆置米索前列醇2片（400μg），术前1min于宫颈3点及9点处分别肌肉注射2％利多卡因1mL；对照组60例术前不用任何药物。观察两组镇痛效果、宫口松弛、人工流产综合征发生率及出血量。结果试验组镇痛效果明显．宫口松弛、人工流产综合征发生率及出血量与对照组比较，均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论米索前列醇配伍利多卡因在人工流产中应用能减轻患者痛苦，方法简便、安全，能有效减少手术并发症，更适合于基层推广。

Conclusion The method can reduce the pain of the patients. It is not only simple, safe, low prices, but also is effective in reducing operative complications, and it is really more suitable for grass- roots application.
