急性肠系膜静脉血栓形成的护理20例

急性肠系膜静脉血栓形成（AMVT）是一种发病率很低的肠缺血性疾病，过去基于认识不足，且缺乏特异性临床表现，同时它又是跨学科（消化内、外科和血管外科）疾病，所以，早期误诊率和晚期病死率高达50％以上。20年来，我科诊治与护理AMVT20例，特别是近几年，随着对AMVT认识的加深，为早期诊断与治疗提供了机会，而且对其护理水平也有了新的提高，现报道如下。

Three and six forms of perioperative nursing care of patients receiving liver transplantation

Objective To summarize the nursing experiences of patients who have received liver transplantation. Method Though the analysis 3 forms of preoperative nursing care and 6 forms postoperative nursing care methods of two cases of patients who have received liver transplantation, the important point and method of nursing care was made out. Result There were no complications were found, and the two cases were fully recovered and discharge from the hospital. Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation, earlier period vital sign monitoring, proper using of immunosuppressive agent, protecting complication protection, diet guidance, proper activity and resting, wen the keys for the success of liver transplantation.
